As reported here earlier, Wilmington Brew Works sold out batches of the Biden beer – Rail Car One.
The label is striking with an Art Deco feel that blends a train and Air Force One. The brewery’s website indicates that Rail Car One is available on tap.
A couple of hours away on I-95, Washington, DC’s Atlas Brew Works also reported its Amtrak Joe and Kamala Harris inaugural beers were sellouts.
Joe is a well-known teetotaler and we’re waiting for a zero alcohol product.
Taco Reho going brick and mortar
After six years, the owner of the taco truck on Coastal Highway near Rehoboth Beach announced has plans to open a permanent location this summer.
No location was announced, although a social media post noted that the location will be a “fast casual concept with a drive thru and curbside pickup.
Expect that concept to become a part of new or remodeled casual dining spots.
The Pond announces downtown Rehoboth exit date
As announced earlier, The Pond will be moving from downtown Rehoboth Beach to the Shops At Sea Coast on Coastal Highway – the former TGI Fridays.
The locals spot that features live music took a hit from Gov. John Carney’s 10 p.m. closing time over the holidays. The restriction has been lifted.
Live music will be available on the final weekend and reservations are requested.
Pond fans may be to check out the new location with soft openings in late February or early March, according to a Facebook post. A target opening day is March 5.
