Saud ibn Ibrahim ibn Muhammad al-Shuraim was appointed as an Imam in 1999. He was granted the role of Friday preacher and prayer leader at Makka. His appointment was done by King Fahd.

Meeting the necessary requirements of being a Makka Imam, he holds a Ph.D. degree in Islamic studies from University in Makka, “Umm al-Qura. He also performed the funeral prayers for the Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister Nayef Bin Abdulaziz.

Maher Al Muaiqly holds a professional mathematics degree. He has also served as an educational preacher at Balat Al Shuhada School. Among the many Imams, Maher Al- Muaigly is the most stunning reciter of the Quran.
