Yesterday Diesel Tweeted about launching its NFT marketplace on Rarible. Diesel gave it a new name Phygital connecting physical and digital worlds. Diesel has named it D: VERSE and will be available after 55 hours.

What Is D: VERSE?
D: VERSE is a newly launched metaverse venture of famous Italian clothing brand Diesel. D: VERSE will include NFT iterations of runaway collection garments, along with the physical garments, sneakers, and accessories.
The collection’s new holders will also have access to the D: VERSE-KEY, which grants exclusive rights to discounted NFT pre-sales, raffles, and metaverse wearables. It will include:

D: VERSE Inaugural Drop
The inaugural drop will feature pieces from the Italian brand’s FW22 runway show in February, including a fur jacket, a puffer jacket, a pair of sneakers, and an accessory that will all be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Buyers can pay for the NFT with fiat and crypto and Diesel will be offering a tutorial on how to set up an e-wallet. Holders of D: VERSE NFTs will have access to a private discord channel and the D: VERSE key which grants users exclusive rights to NFT pre-sales, raffles, metaverse wearables, and more.
When Will D: VERSE Launch?
D: VERSE’s whitelist, which grants users access to the collection’s pre-sale, will remain open until the evening of 10 March.
The public sale will be open on 12 March and will be available for 55 hours at Diesel’s NFT website. An auction for a 1/1 rare NFT will also take place on Rarible on Mar 12.
Morgan Stanley (MS) predicts the total NFT market will grow to $300 billion by 2030. The report identifies luxury brands such as Gucci, Balenciaga, and Kering as in the best position to profit from digital collaborations in the metaverse.
