- M2 serums – 2,492

Step 4: Mutate Your Bored Ape NFT
The final step is to complete the mutation process.
- Go to the Bored Ape Yacht Club.
- Connect to your digital wallet.
- Choose your Ape
- Choose a serum M1 | M2 | MEGA
- Mutate your Ape

- Pay for it
There you go, your Bored Ape has been Mutated successfully. This is no longer now a Bored Ape NFT, it is now a Mutant Bored Ape NFT.
Difference Between Bored Ape And Mutant Ape NFTs
The Mutant Ape NFTs are created by exposing the existing Bored Ape NFTs to serum. The other way is to mint the Mutant Ape directly. The key difference between the two NFTs is these Serums. These Serums change the appearance of the Bored Ape NFT.
Bored Ape NFTs look clean and their expressions are clearly visible. But once you compare them with Mutant Apes, Mutants look messy and untidy too. Their expressions get mixed with serum and they even don’t resemble Apes. The more the Serum used like M1, M2, and Mega, the Ape becomes more and more complex to understand.
